What’s a colour? Where does sound go when it’s made? We don’t have the answers for those particular questions, but the ones that we get asked the most are below. If your question isn’t in there, please reach out to us. We love to help clear things up!

Why do you charge for shipping?

To make sure your order gets to you as pretty as it was when we sent it, we send it in a sturdy (but heavier) envelope, safely tucked between two cardboard sheets (also a little heavier).

 

Since we’re in the Netherlands, we rely on Post NL. Not the cheapest either. All in all, you can hopefully imagine that we have to charge what we do. Otherwise, you wouldn’t be able to receive our prints or other products at all.

 

Also, when Karen goes unfed for more than three hours she gets super hangry. That’s why we have to charge you shipping, to feed Karen.

Can I return an item if I'm dissatisfied?

We need you to be a shiny, happy person. If that means you need to return our awesome art, then we’ll have to figure out how we can arrange this.

 

Get in touch with us, so we can discuss this together. How and what we can offer totally depends on each situation. Please know we don’t pay for the return shipping costs.

Can I change or cancel my order?
If we didn’t package and send it yet, there’s a great chance you can! Just drop us a line as soon as possible, and we’ll talk it over with you.
Do you ship worldwide?
Sure thing! Give us an address and we’ll send the order. We are located in the Netherlands, so depending on your location it can take a while for your order to arrive at your doorstep.
